Returns

We will gladly accept the return of your purchase if the goods are unworn, unwashed and free of damage and has all its original labels attached as originally supplied. This is subject to your order being returned within 14 working days from the date the order is dispatched. 

How do I do it? 
Please return item(s) in the original packaging to the address below. Make sure to include a note describing why you have returned the item(s), also please include the order invoice or at least your order number with the package. 

When do I get my refund? 
We will refund your payment card account and you will be emailed once we have completed the transaction. We aim to refund your card within 48 hours of receiving your goods, it should clear with your bank after a further 3 days. Please note you will not be returned shipping costs. 

Whoops, my item is faulty! 
If there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@freshmilkclothing.com We will exchange the item, arrange a credit note or offer a full refund. We will need to inspect the item first so once we’ve received your pack at the above address we will be in contact. We will arrange a full refund also for return postage should the item prove to have a genuine fault. 

Whoops, I got the wrong item! 
If we have made a mistake on an order we will refund the postage charges incurred by you sending back the goods. We will send out the correct order as soon as we receive the items sent.

Personalised Products
Please ensure that your spelling is correct and you order the correct size as mistakes cannot be returned or refunded.

Uses of Information
If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. We do not store your credit card information.

Special Promotions, Offers & Discounts

All offers are restricted to one per person/household. Store credit can not be used to purchase gift certificates. Only one offer, promotion, voucher code or discount may be used per transaction. Discount codes cannot be used in the Sale section. Discount codes do not apply to shipping rates. Any breach in these terms will result in the offer being withdrawn and your account being deleted.

Facebook Caption Comp

• For your caption to be considered you need to have at least 5 likes for said caption. These 'likes' can be from your friend group or the general public.

• Freshmilk Clothing or someone appointed by us will pick the winner.

• Our decision is final.

Shipping

We use An Post registered express deliveries, this means your order is fully insured, trackable and super fast. There is also a standard post option which is highlighted below. If we can't fulfil your order in one delivery we will contact you as soon as possible. All orders should be despatched within 2 working days(except for exceptionally busy times of the year, but we will try and ship same day where possible) and are subject to delivery charges which are:

Parcel Express(insured & Trackable)

Republic of Ireland €4.50 (1-2 working days)

Northern Ireland €6 (1-3 working days)

United Kingdom €8 (1-3 working days)

Europe €12.50 (3-5 working days)

Rest of World €14.50 (5-7 working days)

Orders must be signed for by the recipient, if you are not there to accept your order a slip will be left to notify you of an attempted delivery. Your order will then be brought to your local sorting office and will be held for collection for 7 days. If not collected it will be returned to us and you will be liable for return shipping costs.

We highly advise you use a work address rather than a home address as a delivery option!

Standard Post

If you choose this shipping method your order is sent with the good people at An Post, it is slower then our Parcel Express option(which we highly reccomend you use), but if you're trying to save a few quid standard post can be chosen.
